Services Description

Gentle Meadow Path provides professional makeup artistry services for various occasions, including but not limited to:

• Bridal makeup
• Special event makeup
• Photoshoot and editorial makeup
• Makeup consultations and lessons
• Beauty workshops and masterclasses
• Corporate event makeup services

The specific details, duration, and pricing of each service will be communicated to you during booking and confirmed in writing.

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website contact form, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Consultation

For bridal and special event makeup, we recommend a consultation/trial session at least one month before your event. This allows us to understand your preferences and create the perfect look for your occasion.

Deposits

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date: The deposit may be transferred to a new booking within the next 3 months.
• Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the scheduled service date: 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date: 100% of the total service fee will be charged.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Late Arrivals

If you are late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

Service Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

Health and Safety

Allergies and Sensitivities

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that might affect your makeup application. We recommend a patch test for those with sensitive skin or known allergies.

Infectious Conditions

For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with infectious skin conditions, eye infections, or other contagious illnesses. If you have any such condition, please reschedule your appointment.

Hygiene Standards

We maintain strict hygiene standards and use professional-grade products. All tools and brushes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between clients.

Liability Limitation

Gentle Meadow Path shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or personal injury arising out of the use of services provided.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to products or services provided, unless such reactions are a direct result of negligence on our part.

Photography and Image Rights

We may take photographs of your makeup application for our portfolio, unless you explicitly request otherwise. By using our services, you grant us permission to use these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, our website, social media, and marketing materials.

If you prefer that we do not use your images, please notify us in writing before your appointment.
